Best experience ever!

After a day of car dealerships and not seeing or getting the service I was expecting, I walked into Dodge City of McKinney and was immiedately greeted by Bobby. He could sense the defeat I carried with me but he was persistent on me staying positive, that he has what I was looking for. I initially came looking at the Jeep but switched gears to the Dodge. Bobby worked with me on my credit and my monthly price point. We initially did not agree and C.J. came over to speak with me. After reviewing they were able to get me in an amazing vehicle for an amazing price and interest rate. They stayed positive, bent over backwards and took care of me all the way through. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Best customer service and perfect vehicle for my family!

Very Pleased

Best buying experience. RT was great, treated my like I was buying a new car. Very polite and extremely helpful. Buying a used car here also included oil change, rotating tires, filling all fluids, detailing the car including shampooing carpet, filling the gas tank and a spare key with fob. My family was so impressed that they are now buying a car for their family.

Traded in my Dodge & got a new Jeep Cherokee

They were all so friendly & managed to get me out of a car I was upside down on. I absolutely love my new Jeep Cherokee & I will not ever go any where else.

Used Car Customer

AWESOME experience. David Hamilton and Keith in used sales truly amazed me. They did what they said they would do!!! That's not common with most dealership's. We looked at a truck Saturday afternoon in the rain no less and CJ Ramza in finance had us driving home with the truck my husband wanted thanks to this great group of guys. Thank you all!!!

Worst trade in and buying experience after sale

the worst buying experience ever all customer relations on phone are rude... and when you continue to get letters on your old car saying you still owe money and you no longer own that automobile. And you call to let them know you got a letter about it and the person on other end of phone has a nerve to say well I guess you better pay them!!!! ( wait last I checked you all bought my old truck ) hmmm how is this my responsibility... Then when they realize that it's their issue the offer me a free oil change for the inconvenience (wait I believe I paid for that as well )... never again will I refer or return for another buying experience with this dealership. To whom it may concern there in the dealership maybe you all need to hire more customer oriented people to handle your current and future customers

Never responded to my request

I can't really provide much information for this review. Recently I completed an on-line request for information about a Jeep that I was interested in purchasing. Unfortunately, no one from the dealership responded. I guess they have too much business.

Buy a car here, it's the only place I buy cars!

Today is the 2nd time I've bought a car from Dodge City! Roberto Lozano found the car I wanted within minutes, C.J. not only found the finance for the car very quickly, but even lowered my car payment. Thanks for the great car experience for the 2nd time! BIG SUGGESTION: I bought GAP insurance for the 2nd time because after my 2nd car was totaled, I'm only in a new car again because the GAP insurance made sure I wasn't upside down for $8,000. Buy GAP insurance, no matter what!

The best experience

I was looking for something affordable and at low cost. Al, RT, and Angel helped me find something that I was looking for and manage to satisfy my father while in the process. They found me a brand new car and I fell in love with it. Being in college and considered a "ghost creditor" they manage to make things happen. I'm thankful for that and they have great attitudes! The vendors were overall great people. Fred also helped me out when it came to the finance. Being a college student with a college budget that's very important. I would recommend them to everyone! Thank you for making my first time buying experience great!

Didn't buy from them for a reason

I went to dodge city looking to trade in a dodge truck for the newer version of the same. Did my research and came up with a monthly payment i needed to reach to make a purchase. Everything went fine during the preapproval process. After discovering the monthly payments were a little higher than i was comfortable with i decided to look elseware. Unfortunately the dealers played the classic game of "hide the car keys". For a good 30 min i waited and remained professional while they continued the game playing. Finally after demanding my keys and leaving, two dealers chased me out of the door basically begging and pleading for my business. I found the whole experience very unprofessional and me being in the military, thats something i look for. I will not go back or recommend this location to anyone. Do not go in unless you're in the mood to play games with your money.
