My recent service visit with Cesar was great! It was the type of service you expect and want when serving your vehicle with the dealer. I love the video inspection! It helped me to plan out me service needs and see exactly what the service team saw.

On previous service calls we have received a box of mints from our technician, this time no mints and two days after the service visit I received an email with a sync 3 update which would have been done by the tech. Looks like the excellent service David McDavid used to provide is going by the way side. Perhaps I should look for another provider.

My experiences with David McDavid Lincoln from purchasing multiple vehicles and obtaining maintenance services has been consistently exceptional. My service writer Richard Ancheta has always been very professional, friendly and accommodating. Cannot be more pleased. The quality of work done on my vehicles, whether routine service or repairs, is high quality and reasonably priced for high-end vehicles. Highly recommend both David McDavid Lincoln's sales and service departments.

Service for crunch sound driving up and onto an uneven road (aka parking lot). Noise to the left of center. Was decided it was my sway bar. That and other service? Just under $4 grand. When I got the car back after a week? Noise no different. I asked if the sway bar had actually been replaced. No photo of replaced part available either. Took car back, they then wanted to replace my catalytic converter when only the 02 sensor was out. I have driven 2 other fords - one for 265K miles and another 330K,both over 10 years. Why I always buy Ford. This car? A 2017 Lincoln MKZ, 3.0, AWD. 80k miles on it. What I was told? Yea, I should not expect to get the same mileage from such a ?fancy? (similar word used) car. The catalytic converter plays into the 02 sensors and filters etc. make it better to just replace the whole thing. What if I don?t want to?? What if I only want the 02 sensors replaced? Further, you are telling me this $70K car isn?t good to last even 100,000K or 10 years despite me doing all required service on it? You want another $6K within a week of service for things you think need fixed you didn?t tell me about last week when my car was in the shop? You didn?t fix the problem I came in for! All the while driving my now deceased parents 2005 Lexus with over 90k miles on it without the issues. Also, I like the Lincoln Nautilas. Would have considered buying that one in a couple of years. Was hoping to get 10 years out of this car. Not now! So you didn?t provide the service requested with all sorts of reasons as why it may not have been the sway bar now, you want to sell me parts when I don?t need the whole xxxx part, and you lost a loyal customer of 9 years and the future cost of a new car.
