I went to Lute Riley Honda to get the car inspection. I was first in line and they told me it would take about 30 minutes for the inspection. They were much faster than that which was wonderful. They kept me informed of exactly what was happening and set me up to pay in advance so I could leave quickly. I will go back there again!

Joel Vargas Rios did an excellent job in explaining what...

Joel Vargas Rios did an excellent job in explaining what needed to be done. Joel ordered the needed replacement items. He kept me advised about was happening. He got my Civic repaired and repaired in less that 24 hours. I would recommend him to my friends and family. I needed transportation to my home and back to the dealership. The drivers, Sake and Victor, was also excellent! Drove safely and smartly. I was extremely pleased with the service !

Omri Wilson and Lute Riley Honda not only met my...

Omri Wilson and Lute Riley Honda not only met my expectations, they exceeded them. I unfortunately hit a curb and busted a front tire. My tires were far from needing replaced but too wore to just replace one tire on an AWD vehicle. I strongly considered only getting two tires, until I spoke with Omri. He offered me a price to replace all four tires that made it impossible to refuse. They mounted the new tires and even washed my car. I've always been a fan of getting my service at the dealer but didn't realize they were so competitive with local tire stores...Discount, Costco Walmart etc...I checked them All!!! I'll definitly ask for Omri in approx. 10,000 miles when I get my 80-90,000 mile next tune up and probably new brakes. I loved that he reminded me of that!!!

Great Service

The service manager Mr. Valter Odom outsourced the repair of my wheels and installed two new tires. The car rides and looks great and I love my car again. Thank you Mr. Odom!

They taking care customers answered the phone call less than five minutes, verified my question with checking on line to get confirmed Wright answer, that is extra inches to walk but is nice

I have been with Luke Riley Honda for over 10 years. I think this proves everything as I?m a picky person when choosing a new vehicle. It?s sales team and its service team concern all my concerns every time I went there. From 2020 model, I feel Honda is really leading the automotive industry.
