Always reliable. Do what they say their going to do...

Always reliable. Do what they say their going to do within the time frame promised. Have used them over 15 years for Honda service (and purchased 2 Hondas from them during that time - Accord and an Odyssey). Will always go back. Always a positive and professional experience.

Extremely responsive and courteous. Received information...

Extremely responsive and courteous. Received information of a recall a 1pm on the HondaLink app. Was able to schedule an appointment for 1:40pm that same day. Even though they were extremely busy, they were able to perform the service and return the car that same afternoon.

Best service experience so far at Lute Riley Honda

So far the best experience at ANY dealership service center. Service rep TD was friendly, knowledgeable and sincere. Highly recommend!

Good job of getting oil change and recall fix done in a timely manner. Always have coupons and shuttle service. Lute Riley does a good job and I would recommend them.

Even on the busiest day, Monday, the service was fast and efficient. From Kyle who took my call at service to Kyle Owen who helped answer my questions and took possession of my Honda van to service inspection and replacing al 4 tires, the experience was flawless. I was expecting a 2 to 3 day turnaround but was pleasantly surprised to receive a call the next day all was done. Thank you all so much!

I had rodent damage after 2 months of having my new car. Timothy Dick was my advisor and assisted me with my concerns. He was very knowledgeable of the situation.
