I read a review on this site about Reliable Chevrolet that was exactly what I as I experienced yesterday. We came to test drive a used truck that was priced at 14,750. There was an additional "conditioning fee" and "windshield / key fob battery" warranty of almost 2,000 dollars that was not revealed until I drove over an hour to get there. There were about 12 pictures online of the truck that conveniently left off the dent on the left rear quarter panel. The sales manager Mario did not come to talk to us until we were leaving. He wanted us to sign a paper for a reduced price. I said with the damage to the bumper and the paint flaking that I would pay 12,000 and confronted Mario about advertising a lower price online and he dropped the additional fees. I told him that there was another truck nearby that I was looking at and we may be back tonight. I also confronted him about taking pictures of the truck without showng the dent. One picure was of the affected area with the damaged cropped out. The salesman Daniel said that he would be there until 6:00 pm. I told both Mario and Daniel that I would be back or call him one way or the other by 6:00 and called Daniel by 5:45 leaving 2 messages. We walked back in the dealership by 6:00 pm. Daniel was gone. We spoke to Mario who said he wouldn't honor the lower price that I wrote on the paper and signed because we had left to see the other truck. But, He said he would give me the original advertised price. Classic bait from a used car dealer. Daniel said that if they didn't adverise the lower price that no one would come in and that all the car dealers in Dallas do it. Mario said "Well the trucks are marked as is". I said "yes, but you cropped the dent out of the picture!" He said "he would never do that!". All evidence to the contrary. The whole conversation and experience seemed sketchy. I would advise buyers to ask all the questions before they make the drive.

Outstanding customer service was provided by Advisor Bill Mullin. He is a great guy and I trust him to take care of the servicing of our Chevys. He doesn't try to sell me something that isn't necessary and he answers all of my questions to my satisfaction.

They advertise a good price on a pre-owned to get you to show up. Then they throw in a mandatory $1487 "dealer package" fee, which is completely bogus (60 day paint protection??" They refused to accept any offer even close to their own advertised price + TT&L. They had the gall to tell me most dealers charge MUCH more in dealer fees, some as much as $8,000. How stupid do they think I am?? Crooks.

Outstanding from start to finish! Brian Prosser helped me with looking and leasing a 2026 Equinox. There was no high pressure tactics or gimmicks. He took his time to show me the vehicle and drive it. On the purchase price, again...no gimmicks or games. Once the price was agreed upon and the trade in valued, the deal was complete. Nico Anwary was the finance advisor we used. We had used Nico before and preferred him to anyone else. He was very straight forward on the leasing price and recommendations of care for the vehicle. No games/gimmicks. He took his time and answered all of my questions/concerns.

Went to get the oil changed and a few other things. Maria was very helpful and friendly. When I aske if Reliable replaces windshield, she lead me through what they would do and how much it would cost to replace. Very nice experience
