David Allen was our sales agent and he did a great job getting us into the truck we wanted at the right price. Barney Dennis handled the financing side and really explained everything. We are really happy we chose Reliable Chevrolet. We would recommend them to anyone.

Best Dealership around
I always have a great experience at Reliable Chevrolet. The staff are always nice and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience. This all starts from the GM Dave Anderson. Every time that I've been there for service or to purchase a new truck he has always gone out of his way to talk to me and to ensure that everything has been taken care of. The salesperson Keith Collins makes sure that your experience is a good one. Derrek the sales manager looks over every deal with pride to make sure he is giving you the best deal he can. Brent the service advisor is the best anywhere. He makes sure that your vehicle is taken care of and any issues are addressed. Overall the whole dealership is a great place to buy and service a vehicle in my opinion.

Bad Experience at Reliable Chevrolet Richardson TX
Salesman was Duane Huddleston in the pre-owned department. I could tell he didn't want me asking any questions and was curt and short with his answers, and just wanted to make a quick sale. I was never comfortable with him and I would go out of my way to NOT recommend him to anyone. He also lied to me about my vehicle, the warranty etc. a couple times. The typical stereotype of a "used car salesman" we all hate to associate with. Angel in F & I was great and I would definitely recommend him for sure. SERVICE DEPARTMENT: I found out through a CARFAX report that some major mechanical work had been done to the vehicle by Reliable Chevrolet a week before I purchased the vehicle so I called the service department to inquire as to what led up to the need for the repair before I purchase the vehicle, also wanted to check to see if there were any outstanding recalls on the vehicle before making my purchase. I spoke to Brad Kelly, the service manager. Once again I was disappointed. Brad didn't display any sort of willingness to help answer my questions and it was very apparent that he just wanted to get me off the phone. He was gruff and rude. I almost didn't purchase the car due to Brad Kelly's short attitude with me. Then 2 weeks after bringing the vehicle home it started leaking oil so I called Reliable Chevrolet's service department to make an appointment to bring it in to be inspected. I made a point of not calling or talking to Brad Kelly due to my previous interactions with him. I ended up with Andres Loera, a service advisor. I called and he said to bring the car right in, which I did. Andres wasn't particularly friendly, but I didn't care as I just wanted my car fixed. He gave me a loaner car and I left. This was at 10:30AM on Thursday March 31, 2016 (4 days ago). All day went by and I hadn't heard from anyone at the service department with a courtesy call. Finally I called Andres direct line at 6PM and got voice mail. I left him a VM and asked him to please call me with a progress report the next morning. He never called me and by 1PM the next day (Friday April 1st) I called him again. This is when things got really bad. I asked him what the diagnosis was on my car and he said the "care was in the mechanic's bay" and he had no information whatsoever yet. He didn't put me on hold and ask anyone in the service department about my car, he just said the above. I assumed that if my car "was in the mechanics bay" then the mechanic had actually at least looked at it, after all this was 14 working hours after I dropped it off. Andres got very rude, very fast telling me "the mechanic has other cars in front of mine and he can JUST STOP WHAT HE IS WORKING ON AND LOOK AT MINE. I TOLD ANDRES OF COURSE I WOULD NEVER EXPECT THE MECHANICE TO STOP SOMEONE ELSES WORK TO LOOK AT MY CAR, BUT RATHER, I WAS JUST CONFUSED AS TO WHAT HE WAS TELLING ME. He got down right angry and put out and was extremely rude, not offering an explanation to my confusion. He was so rude that finally he set me off and I raised my voice at him and told him that I didn't appreciate being spoken to in such a rude manor and that all he had to do is politely explain if anyone had looked at the car yet and I said "IF THE MECHANIC JUST HASN'T GOTTEN TO MY CAR YET, THAT IS PERFECTLY OK AND I TOTALLY UNDERSTOOD, BUT PLEASE DON'T TALK TO ME SO RUDELY". I wasn't put out in the least that my car hadn't been looked at yet. WHAT I GOT UPSET ABOUT WAS ANDRES ATTITUDE AND HATEFUL AND RUDE TONE OF VOICE. I WAS SHOCKED I WAS BEING SPOKEN TO, AS THE CUSTOMER IN THAT WAY. Finally on day 4 I got a call from Chris Malhas in the service dept. telling me Andres was out sick and my car was ready. Chris was very polite, not al all like Andres. Also, I only got one key with my car and had to buy another one and the Parts Department guys were both really nice guys. So bottom line, I don't recommend this place but if you go, stay away from the above mentioned guys

Great Experience
Our experience was very delightful. We went in on the information provided from an ad sent by True Car. Everything that was advertised proved to be correct. Once there the sales personnel did not try to interest us in another vehicle. We made the deal we went in for and drove the Chevy Silverado 1500 home that day.
