Unfulfilled Promises and Unresolved Issues

I purchased a car from this dealership a couple of months ago, and my experience has been nothing short of a hassle. Andrew, the dealer who facilitated the sale, assured me that the interior of the vehicle would be deep-cleaned within a week—this was never fulfilled. To add to the frustration, the dealership lost the second key to the vehicle, which put me in an incredibly inconvenient and precarious situation. Trusting their professionalism, I patiently waited and revisited the dealership after a month to seek a resolution to these lingering issues. During this visit, I met with Danny, Andrew's manager, who promised a resolution within a week, specifically regarding the provision of a second key. Regrettably, after three more weeks of waiting, I reached out to Andrew only to receive excuses, citing problems with reaching out to their "key guy." The absence of a spare key now poses significant inconvenience and potential cost to me, should I lose the only key I have. I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism and lack of responsibility displayed by the dealership. Customers deserve transparency, fulfillment of promises, and timely resolution to issues, none of which I received. I urge potential buyers to consider other options where customer service is valued and promises are honored.

I really wanted to like them, but they dropped the ball

I really wanted to like them, but they dropped the ball in too many things: -EV wasn’t charged even with advanced notice of my visit -EV did not have included charger (they provided this at no cost, thankfully. But they would have tried to sell it without) -They delivered the car to me at no charge, but their driver took all the toll roads and left me to foot the bill. That’s fine, but just kind of a slap in the face. -If you shop here, know ALL of the specs about the car model you’re looking at so you aren’t shortchanged. That goes for any dealership though, honestly.

Stay away from this dealership

Stay away from this dealership. All they want is to make is more money. I got a quote for one of their used cars and went in the next day with an appointment (called and scheduled for it made sure the car is available). When I went there they made me wait for a while and said the car has gone for auction. It was a long drive for me and I felt frustrated. Upon coming home I found that they increased the price of the car by $1000 that evening so they don’t want to sell to me for the lower quote they gave me the previously day.

Worst car buying experience ever.

Worst car buying experience ever. Even worse service when I had to take the vehicle back. This service department does not communicate and does not know their vehicles. They used 40 miles toward my warranty to do absolutely nothing to fix the problem except to say, its a GM issue. Really? If you are a service manager, would you not know this about the car before driving it 40 miles? When I called to explain the issue a knowledgeable person would have asked questions and could have said, yes, it's an issue. I have zero faith in the service department!

Reliable Chevrolet is not!

Contacted by Reliable Chevrolet to purchase my car through KBB Instant Cash function. They contacted me repeatedly and requested to see the car. I finally made an appointment. The car was in perfect condition with 1100 miles. The KBB price was $20,123. Once there they looked at the car for 5-7 minutes. They then offered $16,250. Classic bad faith bait and switch. I chastised them for wasting my time and left. This is classic dealership bad behavior. Not even in the ballpark with their offer or fairly representing themselves relative the KBB value. I would never recommend Reliable Chevrolet after just this one interaction.
