Shabby dealership.

Shabby dealership. This dealership should be renamed un-reliable Chevy . I had an appointment to see the Blazer EV at 12:15 pm. I arrive on time only to be told that they don’t have the car as yet and it’s in transit . Francis is one sales guy you should stay away from . Very rude and unprofessional bunch of sales guys. Avoid this dealership if you can . I drove 40 mins only to turned back . They just lost my business .

Took my car in due to a known issue listed online on

Took my car in due to a known issue listed online on other 2020 Malibu which chevy never recalled. I bought an textended warranty that is already expired so that didn't help me. The had my car for over a month!! I received no loaner either. Called me attempting to say it was an issue with a modification and the car is totally stock. Once the car was complete so they told me I had my friend take me to go get it only to sit there for 45 minutes and then the lady tells me my car won't start!!? Ridiculous, my ride left already so now I have to have them take me home. Then on the way home they call and say they got it running. Now I don't trust them that the issues were fixed. Paid over $3500 on a pizza man's budget! Then when I finally get lt they could atleast wash it since they have a carwash in the back. Insane!

Poor communication and customer service.

Poor communication and customer service. Was told they would change brake pads on car I was going to buy and drove back to purchase but they changed their mind, safety hazard to sell cars with bad brakes

Worst sales experience ever encountered, The Sales

Worst sales experience ever encountered, The Sales Manager literally would not take my money to buy a vehicle. They also were not on same page about value of my trade. They seemed most interested with getting me to come in. Sorry, but cannot recommend Reliable Chevrolet, Richardson, TX to anyone.

Post sale service less than great.

Post sale service less than great. Still waiting on my plates. Drove to dealership and service closed. Asked about the new Blazer. My salesman said they are on the back row without offering to help. He was pushy for a positive Google review during the sale. I waited to see how the rest of the process worked out. Not real happy.

Had shopped this dealer a couple of times years ago

Had shopped this dealer a couple of times years ago without issue. Tried just to get numbers for a trade and a new car they were selling. My trade is brand new and without me even telling them what I am expecting for it, the sales rep I was talking with said his GM said and I quote " He doesn't want to put $60000 in a "used" truck if you can buy a new one for $54,000." He also asked for my buyers order from the dealership I bought it from. He was wanting to see what I paid for it before he would give me a price. Never heard of that before. To be honest, I wasn't and don't expect 60k for my trade but would love to get it. Tried to tell me that the dealership I bought it from was selling them for 13k less than MSRP. It's apparent that the GM didn't want to do business with me. Maybe they thought they might hurt my feelings or something, I don't know.

Mr. Hooser reached out to me the following day saying that he had heard that I was no longer in the market for a vehicle and asked why. I responded and told him everything that I posted here. I never heard from him again, so I don't think contacting him will do any good.

Bought a 2020 car from this dealer, quick to make the sale but the car needed some things to be fixed. Told us to bring car back the following week, which we did! See photos. 2024 Silverado leaking coolant with check engine and transmission light on. Was told by this dealership that will take 3-4 weeks for them to look at it and they do not have loaners. Extended warranty and all, no service. I won’t be back if this is not corrected in 1-2 days or I get a loaner. Keep in mind if you decide to come here that your transportation for the next month is on you!
