The salesmen were very helpful, but when the dealer raised the price on the vehicle the morning I was coming to see it was a massive red flag...I would never buy a car from such a shady dealer.

The experience with Leanna Tabora was great.
The experience with Leanna Tabora was great. She helped me from my initial request on the vehicle and walked me through the trade in perfectly. Given that I was in San Diego, I was not sure how the trade would work out but everyone and dealer followed through with their commitment. Oscar with Finance was great got me in out within about 20 minutes. The entire transaction took about an hour and a half from when I arrived with my trade in vehicle.

Sales person Yasha was great.
Sales person Yasha was great. Sales manager was an xxx. Service department cracked my oil filter housing and added the wrong type of oil.

I never received a response from the dealership.
I never received a response from the dealership. I also called and texted a salesperson and never received a reply. I can only assume they do not want to sell any $100,000 suvs.

WORSE DEALER SHIP EVER.
AGENTS NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS IN A TIMELY MANNER. NEVER ACCOMMODATED ME WITH A RENTAL AFTER MY 2021 GMC TRUCKS ENGINE STOPPED WORKING COMPLETELY. AFTER GETTING IT BACK A MONTH LATER THE VEHICLE WAS DIRTY NEVER BOTHERED CLEANING IT FROM THE OUTSIDE. GOT IT BACK WITH DENTS AND DINGS. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Flat tire
Flat tire. GMC worked me in. I received a loaner vehicle so I could finish my errands. Within 2 hours, my tire was repaired and I was on my way.

Stay away
We purchased from this place and though the vehicle was in good working order, we were lied to many times throughout the process up until the vehicle pick-up. We purchased a Tesla that was not transferred properly by the dealership, which ended up leaving us stranded for a few days at a supercharging station. Additionally, the day we picked up the vehicle, the Sales person mentioned the Tesla connector that came with the vehicle broke the night before. Too coincidental in my book. The final and agreed upon numbers were also different when paperwork was sent. In short, a lot of snake-like behavior and dishonesty. No actual sense of responsibility for what occurred nor an attempt to compensate. Stay away.

Unsatisfactory
Just bought my 2020 certified truck 2 months and felt a pulling and shift gear problem and I took it in to get checked and was charged 249 dollars because you did not find anything wrong with it . I felted I should NOT BE CHARGED since it was certified and barely bought it wouldn?t be charged
