Title: They Sold Me a Dream.

Title: They Sold Me a Dream. I Drove Home a Lawsuit. If you’re thinking of buying from Eurostar Auto Sales in Rancho Cordova… read this before you step foot on that lot. This review is not based on opinion. It’s backed by receipts, audio recordings, DMV records, and legal statutes. I’m now involved in a civil & regulatory investigation after discovering a fraud pattern that could affect dozens — maybe hundreds — of customers like me. ⸻ ⚠️ Core Violations & Legal Citations: 🔹 Undisclosed Engine & Turbo Replacement Eurostar sold me a 2018 Infiniti Q50 RedSport with 108,000 miles on the odometer, never disclosing that the entire engine and twin turbos were replaced at 75,000 miles by Infiniti. ➤ Real powertrain mileage = 39,000 miles. ➤ This constitutes material omission under California Civil Code §1710(3) (Fraud by concealment). 🔹 False Loan Terms / Payment Inflation I was told verbally my payment would be $441/mo. When I contacted the lender directly (Strike Acceptance), I found out the true payment was $391/mo. That’s $3,000 extra over 60 months, deceptively added to the verbal agreement. ➤ Violates Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and California Civil Code §1572 (actual fraud). 🔹 Down Payment Fraud Eurostar claimed on the paperwork that I paid $6,000 down. In reality, I paid $5,000 total ($3,000 via Chime to Daniel’s son, and $2,000 via my father’s CashApp). They then attempted to collect another $1,000 off the books after delivery. ➤ Violates California Vehicle Code §11713.1(e) and Business & Professions Code §17200. 🔹 Uninsured Loaner Vehicle (Scat Pack) I was given a Dodge Scat Pack loaner for five days — with no contract signed, no insurance provided, and expired tags. If anything had happened, they would’ve been liable — not me. ➤ Violates California Vehicle Code §11709(a) and dealer liability laws. 🔹 Defective Vehicle Delivery / Unsafe Condition Immediately after driving off the lot, I discovered: • Bald rear tires • Glazed brake rotors • Cracked brake pads • Loose sway bar (veering) • Bent rim • Clunking suspension (still unfixed) • Wheel bearing failed ($600 repair) • Oily MAP sensor (disabled turbos, $500 repair) • Steering column locked (battery loose) • Windshield wipers failed (special order replacement) All within 30 days of purchase. ➤ Violates California Vehicle Code §11713(h) — sale of unsafe vehicles ➤ Also violates Implied Warranty of Merchantability under UCC §2-314 🔹 Threats, Harassment, and Emotional Abuse I have recordings and texts where Daniel and his father threatened my father (a cancer patient) about missed payments and repo. They demanded payment in late-night messages, tried to intimidate me over the down payment dispute, and emotionally leveraged the car during a family health crisis. ➤ Violates Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) ➤ Violates California Rosenthal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ➤ May rise to civil harassment under California Civil Code §527.6 ⸻ 🧮 Do The Math (If This Happened to 100 People): If Eurostar added $3,000+ in payment inflation + $1,000 in fake down payment fees to 100 customers? 💸 $400,000 in potential illicit profit 🧠 All off-record, all through verbal deception ⸻ 🔒 Proof I Hold (and am willing to submit): • DMV title & vehicle history • Original odometer reading (108k) vs. powertrain replacement at 75k • Cash App + Chime receipts • Screenshots of payment misinformation • Text messages of harassment • Video/audio of Daniel admitting Scat Pack was lent without contract • Infiniti service records confirming turbo/engine replacement ⸻ 🛑 FINAL THOUGHTS: Eurostar Auto Sales isn’t just a shady dealership. They engineer deception and sell it like it’s customer service. If you’ve bought a car from them — especially with a replaced engine or turbo — check your paperwork, call your lender directly, and file a BAR complaint immediat

Just Amazed!!

Bought an awesome BMW M3 from Mike at EURO STAR AUTOS SALES. I had an awesome experience from the first phone call to the handshaking of making a deal with me. Mike was very knowledgeable about the inventory they had and I learned a few things about the M3 that I didn't even know about even though I've been a fan for years. Mike, keep up the great work. EURO STAR AUTO SALES!!!

THANK YOU GARY!!!!!

Easy as Pie!

Easiest deal I've ever made. Found the car online, called them up and then went to go see it. It was just as beautiful in person as it was online. Very nice people manage the dealership. Would definitely buy from them again. Wrote them a check and drove home.....Oh yeah, they also did some minor repairs for me for free too.....Great place!!

Smooth Experience

Overall, I would say, I wasn't blown away by my experience at Euro Star, but then again, they're selling cars they purchased on auction. I bought a 2007 Ford Expedition EL - it's a beautiful vehicle and after having it looked at by a mechanic I am thankful to say, it is in great shape. I was hesitant to purchase from ESAS because of a minority of reviews coming back in the negative, but after meeting Paul and Yan and having the vehicles examined by a mechanic, I am thrilled to have done business with these men. Since this is a review I have a few recommendations for the dealership management: 1. Customer service - after working for Apple I can attest to the fact that going the extra mile for a customer pays far more dividends than skimping and cutting corners. Genuinely be concerned for your clients and they will be loyal to your dealership. 2. Cleanliness - the interior of my vehicle (and from reading others reviews) was filthy. I don't know what the previous owner used the vehicle for, but there was dirt (not lint or dust) dirt everywhere. Have your staff take the extra time to detail a vehicle before you put it on the market. 3. Communication - while Paul was cordial, he really wasn't very concerned with seeing to it that the vehicle was working out well for us or to inform me when the part that he promised he'd order was at the shop ready to be replaced. I had to initiate the call and when I spoke with Brenda, she told me the part was in and that if I came at 8am the next morning, it would be replaced while I wait. That would have been great, but no one was at the shop until 9am... However, I was able to meet Yan, he saw to it that my vehicle was taken care and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the repair.

Great Explerience

After searching all day for a very specific Mercedes on Fulton, I decided to walk down the strip of dealers in Roseville not realizing how many choices there were. I stumbled upon Euro Auto Sales tired, frustrated and ready to quit for the day (good old 100+ degree Sacramento summer). Yon invited me in to relax for a minute, got me some cold water and asked directly what I was looking for. I explained that I was too tired to negotiate and play the dealership games. I told him what I wanted and what I could afford. He informed me of what he had and what he needed to make on it. I really appreciate that he quickly adapted to my direct style and didn't play any games. We quickly came to an agreement and the process was very smooth. I can't speak for the financing process, as I was paying cash, but the paperwork was incredibly quick. The couple of other guys in the office were very friendly and personable. I've purchased many, many cars over the years and this had to be one of the easiest experiences ever. I got the feeling that they're a small business that's willing to work hard to build themselves up by building their reputation vs the normal quick turn-and-burn approach of most small dealerships. I'd certainly recommend them to anyone.

Had a great experience

Had my first dealership experience from this place, and I can say that I am really satisfied. I worked with Paul, and he really did everything he could to work with me. He and his coworkers were very nice, professional, and went out of the way to make sure I was satisfied. I would definitely do business here again.
