I will recommend that particular technician anytime

It was an excellent experience. Very professional and wonderful work ethics . Impressed by the customer service . I think there are more organized now in my opinion compare to other times .

Great services after sales

The service advisor Mr Easy Newsome treat me with respect and appreciates my vist like a valued customer. He actively listens to our reason for the service dept and takes care of our Highlander. Look ! my wife is happy, you bet i am happy.

Always great service

Have used TOR for years for service and buying cars. Have found their service always good. Recommendations are not push but explained and have been given input on how critical they are without making me feel I need to do something when I don't have the finances to do immediately. Fair and honest service from them since 1998.

Best Experience Ever

Randy Penn sold us our new Highlander. The whole process was the best experience we ever had in purchasing a vehicle. He worked hard to find us exactly what we wanted.

Great Service!

I am leasing a 2016 RAV. I have taken it in for service as suggested, and the staff at the Service Department has been wonderful. I got my car back after service and it looked brand new! My first Toyota won't be my last!

Great work!

James Holliman (Service Director) and Alan Bostley (Sr. Service Advisor) as well as the entire service dealership have gone above and beyond the call of duty once again. If there is an error, they will own up to it and fix it. During my service this past week, they fixed an oil leak from the oil drain pan, changed the oil, did a complimentary 21 point inspection and refinished my headlights; all done exceptionally well and they answered all my questions and provided pertinent information as not to get the headlights wet for 48 hours. Their entire staff are all friendly and approachable if you have any questions and / or concerns about anything with your auto or truck... Great work everyone!!!! By the way... I've been a customer of theirs for almost 30 years and pretty much the same staff is in place. That right there should tell you how well Glen Barnett, James Holliman and the Toyota Corporation treat their employees; of which has a direct correlation on how well they treat their customers. I've found them to be ethical and honest in all of their dealings with me over the time I've been a customer with them.

Bad experience. Rounded answers, no insp. reports

Bad customer service experience and very less transparent business regarding price, service and inspection reports for the pre-owned cars. They promised me a price and day for delivery and completely shifted the price and did not deliver on time. Also, when asked for inspection reports and status - provided rounded answers and no status update even calling 2-3 times a day. I am sure this is not the service a customer want.

Very professional and positive !!

Very professional and positive experience. They are with the customer through good and bad times. Completely satisfied with the experience about used car deal. Signed a contract on a condition. Took the car to inspection and after inspection returned the car after 5 days. No questions asked and they did not even took a penny from me till the inspection results were out. Thank you Jeff and Aron !!
