Highly disappointed !

I was informed by David he would show me all the functions of the interior of the vehicle, never did. I was also informed by his boss he'd check a concern as I informed him the vehicle gets terrible mileage but truly a beautiful car, Honda Accord ex - l. Mileage to my wife and I was important. Never a call back regarding this issue. I even drove out there again and he said he would re-follow up on this again. Still no follow-up. They did not do a very good inspection on this vehicle. I had to top off all fluids on this vehicle, WHY because it wasn't done properly. The transmission fluid was burnt and I have a record stating I corrected this issue and drove out there and informed the car sales manager. The tires had worn tread on the inside but they looked brand new. Alignment problems ! per discount tires. Thus I had to spent $ 950 dollars on a good set of tires but Ewing Buick did alignment for me. Still not right. The one the car had on it where cheapest as they get. Again per discount tires. To me the transmission slips a little in first gear. I get a brochure stating Ewing Buick services all cars. "3" of the service advisors recommended me not to bring a Honda to there dealer ship and was Honda dealership was recommended regardless of the paper work I got. It has been six weeks and I yet still have gotten the title, a cash buy. The gentleman on the phone I first talk to was excellent but come to find out he just answers phone calls. I had him look with me on the phone and this car was $2,000 dollars cheaper at Lute Riley in Richardson, same car less mileage. In informed the cars sale supervisor they should make this right and give me a partial refund. Drove to see him and he never budged a inch but glad took my dollars. I blame myself now but it still doesn't make it right. My wife and I have major health issues and I clearly told them that so I was hoping for this place to really do us right. I have no doubt they speak friendly but how honest are they. This is a sad day for me to fail these people, never a call back how are your guys doing with your new vehicle. WOW - do they call that great customer service. Even the lady in the lobby area that serves you treats she was very rude to me and I expressed this. Never fazed them and one person said she "doesn't work for me". I let it be. It would be nice to have the title. Said it shouldn't be more then 6 weeks, enough said. I take people for their word, shouldn't have here "Should I" ? Just the same I wish know one bad luck but I got it from there end. Not acceptable and they should have given me a partial refund. I showed them the paper work on the money I had to spend. They never even gave me a 30 day warranty. IF they felt so good about the vehicle as the car sales person suggested. Apparently it was not the car I thought is was, my fault ? I was informed this was a personal vehicle but the report showed it to be a lease vehicle. I would have never bought a leased vehicle. I'll keep it and deal with it myself. What a crying shame. Somethings wrong here, is it not. Again never a call to even check how's the new ride, didn't even do that, WOW ! I am not going back out there, guess why ! Again no title, its been six weeks. They new this concerned me as I drove out there about this and discussed it with David.

Great Service

Great staff. Mr. Steve was awesome. He kept me aware of everything dealing with my vehicle. Had to get parts from other places but made your I was taken good care of. I won’t take my vehicle no other place than here. Thanks again

No Pressure- High Class

Amazing customer service!

I was in a bind after being in a car accident and needed a new car. The first night I went to look at the car I was still a little tired and hazy from the accident but Oscar was very friendly. I told him what I wanted to spend and he said he would keep his eyes out for me. A few days later he called with an option to buy a 2014 Buick Encore. He got the price lowered a little bit and was extremely nice. He usually got off at 6 but since I couldn't be there till about 6, he stayed late to make sure that I was extremely happy and comfortable with my purchase. He also stayed until I was about to drive off the lot and explained exactly what every single button in that car controlled, from the lights, to the radio to anything else you can imagine. No other car dealer has ever done that. I am extremely happy with Oscar and Ewing Buick GMC. My mom was with me when I bought my car and she was impressed and vowed to buy her next car from Oscar as well. I am so happy with this car and with the impeccable service I received!

A Smooth Transition

My husband and I enjoyed our experience with Ewing. The trade-in of our old car and the purchase of a Traverse went very smoothly. We couldn't be more pleased! We will highly recommend this place, and especially the salesman, Dave.

Excellent-straight shooters

I am a woman who has dealt with shady car salesmen in the past and am not a pushover, and at this dealership I didn't encounter any issues or poor treatment due to my gender or the fact that I buy used cars like I have in the past. Oscar and all the other folks I dealt listened well to me, did not waste my time trying to change my wants to their inventory, and seemed honest and straightforward. They made this car buying experience the easiest I've ever had with the least fuss. The only thing that could be improved on is that the movies stay running in the kids area and they might have some toys to help my kids stay more occupied while we were signing papers. I will likely replace my Buick Enclave with another when it runs out as this is the perfect vehicle for my family even though I came in seeking one of two other vehicles I'd researched heavily. I will come straight back to Ewing Buick GMC whenever that day comes!

Purchased new Envision

Brad was very helpful in helping us manage our downsizing from two to one auto. Mad early several trips to our home to deliver the new car and take the two trade-ins and handle paperwork and set up the new electronics. My husband has dementia so we are somewhat limited. All was done in time for us to talke it on a trip. Love the car and all the features. Thanks Brad and the Ewing team.
