Great experience

Attentive and Patient

First, if I'm going to make an investment in a new vehicle I want to get exactly what I want, have all of my questions answered and be treated like a CUSTOMER not a number. My experience at Ewing met my expectations. I had the pleasure of working with Gary Parr on my recent purchase of a Canyon and he answered my numerous questions, worked to find me the exact vehicle I wanted, and provide me the vehicle at the price I was looking to pay. I would highly recommend working with Gary and the Ewing team.

great customer service

My experience at Ewing was so positive. Wayne my salesman was very professional. Normally I hate going into a dealership because salesmen are so pushy but not at Ewing. They gave me options listened to what my needs are and went the extra mile. Great experience. If you are a single woman looking for a car go to Ewing in Plano and ask for Wayne he will help you get your loan and put you in the right car.

Amazing Customer Service

My experience was nothing short of EXCELLENCE. Wayne Holten made me feel very comfortable with the car best process. There was no haggling or pressured sales tactics, just genuine Quality Customer Service. He made my experience a very pleasant one, the other staff that I encountered was also courteous and professional. Wayne took the stress out of the car buying experience.

Customer Service at it's best
