I came in a few weeks ago looking for a new 2013. GMC...

I came in a few weeks ago looking for a new 2013. GMC Acadia. I called in ahead of time and by the time I arrived there were 2 vehicles outside ready for me and my family to look at and right away we were greeted by Kevin. The whole process to buy the car was made very easy with Kevin, from the moment we went on a test drive until we left the dealership he treated me and my family with total respect and excellent service. He made sure we understood the features of the vehicle and he even offered for me to come back for a follow-up to get an in-depth review of all the features of the car. Overall I would highly recommend him as an excellent car salesman, he was very friendly and professional! Thank you Kevin for making the car buying process so simple!

After speaking with Suzanne Koerwer about the type of car...

After speaking with Suzanne Koerwer about the type of car that I needed she recommended a GMC Terrain and then stayed late at the dealership so that my wife and I could see and drive the car. With Suzanne's help we found the exact car that we wanted and Suzanne made the process of buying the car simple and fast. Suzanne is a pleasure to work with as is Steve Fortner in the Service Department who fixed a few minor items on the car and made it ready for pick up as promised. Ken Foster made buying my SUV a fun experience. He knew all the options and how they worked. He took all the time I needed to make my decision without rushing. I would recommend Ken to anyone who is looking for a car who wants experience not just trying to sell you a car. He topped foo the experience with a thank you a note which was a pleasant surprise.

From when I contacted them through the website to walking in the front door, they provided TOP SHELF service and made my experience as easy as possible. Service above and beyone

My service advisor, Steve Fortner at Ewing GMC, is always efficient, professional, understanding and caring to assure my needs are met. When the problem with my 2003 GMC Envoy was determined to be a failing alternator, and could not justify the $900 plus cost for the part and labor, I then planned to purchase an after-market alternator elsewhere and install it myself. Steve pulled the paperwork together from the additional service I had done, and suggested to me that if I were to go purchase the alternator, they would install it for me at a savings of nearly $500! I appreciated his thoughtfullness and offer and was very pleased with that solution. I now have a new alternator with a lifetime warrenty and a much more reasonable price and didn't have to spend what would likely have been an entire day for me figuring out how to install it! Thanks you Steve for a job well done!
