Overall it was Anuj was great to work with. I'm pretty introverted though so the push for extra insurance raised my anxiety quite a bit. I guess I was just a little confused on how things worked... I just wanted to know exactly where my money was going. Anuj was patient with me though, so a big plus there. :)
