The team I worked with were exceptionally helpful and kind. Aly, Raynard and Craig were never pushy about the car, nor would they need to be since this accord checked all my boxes for wants/needs. The whole process was made simple and painless by the team I worked with. Aly was very friendly, informative, and never impatient. This was a very large purchase for me, and one she was perfectly comfortable discussing and giving me ample time to consider. Raynard was exceptionally friendly and helpful during the process of filling out the paperwork, providing assistance whenever needed throughout the sale. At no point with either salesperson did I feel pressured or skeptical about what I was being shown/told, and any question I had was greeted with a friendly and informative answer. Craig worked with me on financing, and responded to my inquiries about the whys and hows with informative and friendly responses. After we finished finalizing the sale, I not only left with a new-to-me car, but far more knowledge about financing a vehicle than I went in with. Though I'll always wish I haggled more, and spent less, this was the first car purchase I've made that I was satisfied with and didnt feel pressured into. Most dealerships I've worked with, I left thankful I'd never have to see them again, but this team was so great to work with I'll most definitely be getting in touch with them for my families next purchase. On a side note, this is also the first time I've ever had passengers say "oh ****" when I step on the gas pedal in 1st/2nd gear. There's absolutely no reason for a family/economy sedan that gets 35mpg to be this fast, which is exactly why I bought it. I love it!
