We are pleased to hear that Randy made such a strong impression during your visit. Going above and beyond for our customers is something we truly strive for, and it is great to know that came through in your experience. Thank you for the kind words and for recommending us. We hope to see you again soon!
Unfortunately, my experience with Trophy Nissan has changed dramatically since purchasing my new vehicle. The actual purchase experience was great. I bought a brand-new car from Trophy Nissan a few months ago and paid for it in full. I left feeling very good about the dealership. The problem has been the level of service I've received after the sale. At around 5,000 miles, I brought the vehicle back for its first scheduled service. While there, I showed the service technician that the trim on one of the rear doors was loose and had apparently never been properly attached. He documented the problem, told me it would be covered under warranty, and said the necessary part wasn't in stock but would be ordered. Since then, I've discovered that the trim on the other rear door has the same problem, meaning neither rear door has the trim properly affixed. About a month has now passed since that service visit, and no one contacted me with an update. I finally called Trophy Nissan myself four days ago. I explained the situation and was told they could see the issue in my records and that the original technician would call me back. Two days passed with no call. I called again yesterday and explained everything yet again. The person I spoke with told me the part had been ordered and that he would email someone for an update. More importantly, he specifically promised that whether he received a response or not, he would call me before 10:00 a.m. today and let me know what was going on. It is now well past noon, and once again, no one has contacted me. At this point, the loose trim itself isn't even the most frustrating part. It's the complete lack of follow-through. If someone tells a customer they will call, they should call—even if the only update is that they are still waiting on the part. I spent a significant amount of money on a brand-new vehicle at Trophy Nissan, and I shouldn't have to repeatedly chase the service department for a simple warranty repair on a car with barely over 5,000 miles. Trophy Nissan did a great job earning my business when I was buying the car. I just wish I felt like they valued my business as much after the sale was completed as they did before it. Very disappointing experience so far. M. Jackson

We would welcome the opportunity to learn more about where things fell short and work toward a resolution. Please reach out to our Service Director, Kevin Shutter, at 855-971-9379 so we can discuss this further.
Bryan provided exceptional service! He handled two deals at the same time for my spouse, Tony, and me and successfully got us both approved. Our vehicle selections were even better than we expected. My approval came through quickly, followed by Tony’s about 15–20 minutes later. Bryan worked hard to make everything come together for both of us. A special thank you to Alex and the entire Trophy Nissan team for their patience, professionalism, and dedication. We truly appreciate everything you did for us and couldn’t be happier with our experience!

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We are thrilled to hear that our team took great care of you and made your car-buying experience so enjoyable. Congratulations on your new car, and welcome to the Trophy Nissan family! Enjoy every mile!
Buyer Beware ! On March 31, 2026..I test drove and purchased a 'certified' used car from salesman...Lamar Davis... along with the platinum extended warranty. The next day I noticed a sound coming from the front right side of the car, and the alignment being off. I spoke to Mr. Davis and he said he would contact the shop. I took it to the shop a few days later...with an appointment on Saturday. I got there and no one was aware of what needed to be done or who was to cover the problem...under the 30 day warranty for a Certified car! Made another appointment for two weeks later, due to work, and the shop could't locate the problem of the sound coming from the front...so they replaced the axels ! That wasn't the problem. There was also no coolant or wiper fluid in the reservoir ! There was suppose to be a 165 point inspection for a "certified " vehicle. I later took my car to another dealership in Rockwall, which found the noise to be a strut, which was wearing out. The Platinum Warranty does not cover a part until it fails ! So now we drive around with the clunking noise every time we go over a bump or rough road....waiting for it to wear out. 😏 Kevin Shutter, the new service manager, was great at taking over the problem, after many attempts to get real help. There is almost no good communication from the used cars people and shop. I bought two new cars, one in 2003 and again in 2013, and never had a problem. with the shop. This car was going to be a first good used car, for my grandson, who needs a car for his work. We're just both really disappointed . I really don't recommend anyone trusting the 'Certified' label on their used cars. I did take my problem to the dealership manager or CEO. While waiting... there was a group of salesmen talking about a lady that bought a 'certified' car...with the hand gestures over certified. I walked over to speak to one of them and they all scattered ! I guess they were in on the joke.
