I had the best experience with the people at Throphy...

I had the best experience with the people at Throphy Nissan. They was warm and very reliable. I have tried other dearlership however I did not receive the care and professionalism that I received at Throphy Nissan. Mr. Welch(Saleman) and Mr. Washington(Financal Dept.) was very helpful and explain things with me where I could understand and know just what I was getting. I really appreciate this team. When I walked in the door it was warm and other staff was friendly and professional. My car was clean and full of gas when time for me to leave. I will send my family and friend to this place. I just want to say a BIG thanks to The Family at Throphy Nissan for a job well done.

Couldn't Be Easier to Buy a Car

I previously purchased over 15 cars from a Nissan dealer to the north over a 20 year period. My experience at Trophy was more of a "family" deal than I had ever experienced before. Everyone got involved all the way to the top. Most everyone I dealt with had been at the dealership for at least 10 years. Unheard of at a car dealership. Highly recommend you give them a shot to earn your business. Honest,this is not a paid advertisement.

Great friendly customer

Kevin Berry was awesome very pleasant to work with! For me being a first time buying I am glad I had his help he never once made me feel like I was just a sale or a customer he treated me like a friend he has know for years! I love my 2013 Nissan Altima and since I've bought I've recently had a coworker say she fell in love with my car and purchased her own!

Our experiance with and at Trophy

My wife and I are in our late sixties and we do not enjoy spending a great deal of time at any dealership so we opted for the online sales and we had a specific color in mind so we checked the inventories of Nissan Dealers near us in Houston, College Station and Lufkin. The ones we contacted because they had a vehicle we were interested in the best way to explain it is they were not interested or had no earthly idea of what they were doing and all said to come in and they would make us a deal; my question is why did they advertise internet sales. So we switched to a Dealer 200 miles away and they had several that we were interested in. We made a deal and no it was not the best deal possible, it was a good deal for the Cartwright's and Trophy we saved some money and Trophy made some money to pay the electric bill, the mortgage and keep their service department open. They sent me an e-mail to confirm the deal and that Saturday we drove to Mesquite Texas and signed the papers and picked up the vehicle4 we purchased and just as advertised. I can say without a doubt that we were treated with kindness and courtesy from our first e-mail to this very moment and I have no problem in recommending them. In Christ Bill Cartwright

Worst Car Buying Experience EVER

I wish I had read these reviews before going here. I've had nothing but problems. I corresponded with someone on the internet sales team for several weeks while I shopped. They're promotion that they are authorized to offer $1K above Kelly Blue Book is completely bogus, they didn't even offer me what Kelly listed as cost for my car in "fair" condition. Somehow between my agreement with the sales area and the paperwork in finance, the amount I agreed to pay increased over $3K due to a paperwork "error". I was told by someone in finance to come in and we could redo the paperwork and it was not an intentional overcharge. However, when we come in the person we spoke with in conveniently not there any longer and no one can get to our paperwork b/c its across the street. We agreed to leave, very frustrated, after a heartfelt promise from James Sheppard that he would personally pull our paperwork the next day and call me and he would take care of everything. Of course I get no call back from him. I have made several attempts to speak with him, or anyone in finance, to no avail. I finally did get through to Mr. Sheppard only to have him hang up on me. With what they ended up charging me, I could have bought a brand new vehicle. The sales and finance areas are shady in every way, from my experience. THEY are the type of people that give "used cars salesman" the reputation that they have. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. When the salesman couldn't sway me I was suddenly dealing with the sales manager. I will say he is good at his job, he convinced me to do something I was completely against doing - and then they overcharged me in the process. The entire experience has lef tme feeling terrible and bitter, instead of feeling happy about having a new vehicle. Shame too, because the altima is a great car. There are so many dealerships in this area, run far far away from this one!

Used Car Purchase

I had excellent experience purchasing my vehicle there. The process was smooth and I was in and out. I love my salesman, sales manager down to the finance mananger. I cannot report anything negative. Got my plates and a free wash.
