paid off not done for trades
i trade a truck for a newer one , the previous truck supposed to be paid off , i was told not to worry about , its been 4 months and never paid off , the bank called me and i did complain about it at ( friendly chevrolet) but never been taking care !!!!! i don’t understand what kind of friendly is this ( ignoring customers) , looks like ill have to take it to next level. Bait and Switch
Bassil AbuZeid is a sales man at friendly. I told him what truck I was looking for and he told me it was in stock. I told him I was over an hour away. After driving an hour and 45 min to get there, he wouldn’t come see me. Instead he had some girl ask me if I was interested in 2 different trucks. Turns out the truck I told him I wanted was sold earlier in the day. He lied to me to get me to the dealership and then tried to bait me into other trucks.. too much of a coward to do that himself though. Friendly will never get my business now. I just spent almost a full 3 hours in the car for nothing.

I have been a customer of Friendly Chevrolet for almost two decades now. I have had exemplary service up until my last two visits. The repairs that my car required during the holidays, I was told to take a day and a half. After 4 days I received a phone call to come pick up my car. After paying the bill I'm getting in my car and I realize the check engine light would not go out. I had to go back in and tell them. They said it would take another day to figure out. The next day I came back and they said my car was ready. I drove it home and the next day I went to the grocery store and then took my son for a haircut and saw oil pouring out from beneath the car. I called and they said that they do not do that type of work over the weekend and to make an appointment for the following Monday to bring it back in. That repair took two more days. No loaner or rental was ever available. After I picked it up, I realized I still smelled oil burning and antifreeze. I did not have the time to take off from work to take it back in until March. When I took it in they said that the problem was something totally different this time and it would cost a fortune. It should take 2 days to fix. I would check back with them every couple of days to see when it would be ready, after 8 days I received a phone call saying it would be ready by the next morning. Nine days to make a repair that was supposed to take two. I have had my car back for 2 weeks and I still smell oil burning and antifreeze. I have not been able to figure out how I'm going to pay for these last repairs, but I am certainly not bringing it back to this place. I have never had such poor service at this dealership since I started going there.

Once you buy the vehicle customer service goes out the window. Don't purchase from here. First and last time. They make you wait just to find out that they can't help you with the vehicle they sold you. They could at least explain what to do or give you some instructions so that you can register your vehicle's accessories on your own. Family Plan?? nah more like "we are done with you plan"..

Dishonest dealership
Over the phone they said they would charge me MSRP for a new Bolt EUV. When I got there, they attempted to add an additional $2,000 in market adjustments and lied to me. Told me the MSRP was about to go up.

Service is not up to par.
Horrible experience, took my vehicle in on 12/22 and got 1 update since then. Called several times and will always be told that a manager will call back. Has yet to happen as of 01/03.

Accounting will steal $$
Horrible accounting department!! Service never fixed the issue with the entertainment screen blacking out! Accounting dept has held onto warranty refund checks for months and it’s taken multiple calls and hassling to get the money I am owed!!

Purchased a truck in 2020, within a month the
Purchased a truck in 2020, within a month the info-tainment blacked out. Continued blacking out and to no avail, nothing was ever fixed. Fast forward to this year and my truck was totaled in April after a lady pulled out in front of me. It has taken the accounting department multiple phone calls and reminders to send my warranty refunds!! To cancel Ally they informed me I had to come in person!! Then accounting hadn’t event processed the cancellation by the time I purchased another vehicle. Now 7 months later, I’m continuing to have to call because they are holding a $1300 warranty refund! Horrible service and sounds like the dealership tries everything to keep any $$ they can! It’s not their money to keep! It should have already been released!!!
