Y'all were busy, I understand that, but my overall buying experience seemed a bit chaotic. Would like to see the process a bit more streamlined. It seemed to take a lot longer than I had hoped. Michael was very helpful and the rest of the staff was very friendly.

I was greeted by Jules who was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. By far the friendliest staff member I have encountered so far at "Friendly Chevrolet." I hope to be able to interact with her the next time I have to go for scheduled maintenance! She definitely went above and beyond!

Alex was great with us! Friendly environment.he helped us so much and answered all of our questions. He was just an awesome guy and friendly. That's why I'm giving him a 5 ??

Great service at Friendly Chevy---Otavio (Elmo) Taleno very helpful and attentive---I was not feeling well the day I was there to make a Corvette trade and he helped me get thru the day with as little discomfort as possible and get me on the road home, which by the way is 2.5 hr drive. That day they were having computer problems and everyone was having trouble but making the best of a bad situation. It took longer than it should but the staff did all they could to make a pleasant day of it. Thanks again. Jimmy M.

A few days ago I wrote an unfavorable review of my recent car repair experience with Friendly Chevrolet. I had a side mirror repaired and the end result was less than desired. Within five minutes of posting that review I received a call from Rich, the head of service for Friendly. Within 24 hours I had a loaner car (a brand new beautiful Suburban) delivered to my home and 36 hours after that my car was returned to me repaired properly (washed and vacuumed). They won me over! Thank you Rich, Jason and the Friendly staff.

We were looking for a car for our grandson. Since we leave in Odessa, Texas we had to do our shopping by internet. We visited two other dealerships but we were unable to make a deal. I spoke with Brandon Dubose and he was able to help us. He was very helpful. I have dealt with a lot of dealers and this was very pleasant. I will recommend your dealership. I can't remember ever having a better experience with a dealership.....in fact they all go down hill from Friendly (as an example, Park Place Volvo is so bad, I won't go back!). From purchasing the auto in 2013 from Hank Martens to the recent maintenance with the assistance of Kelton Malone I couldn't be more pleased with the prompt service and professional demeanor of all involved...... thanks a million I'll be back over and over
