They pulled a bait and switch.
They pulled a bait and switch. I asked about a specific Integra and then made an appointment for the next day to look at. A few more back and forths and the dealer sent a deal sheet for the wrong car. I asked what happened to the other car and they said "oh it sold yesterday" and then offered me a 2 year newer 7k more expensive car. The car I inquired about was never available when I asked about it.

They didn't have a service vehicle as promised, didn't
They didn't have a service vehicle as promised, didn't complete the service or provide updates when promised that day, and dropped off my vehicle at the WRONG HOUSE the following day because they never contacted me as promised to let me know they were dropping it off. They were lucky my vehicle will still there at the end of day when I found out they dropped it off at the wrong house w/ the keys in the vehicle when I contacted them not vice versa. I can't believe they randomly dropped of my vehicle and never even confirmed my address nor ever contact me about dropping off my vehicle

What a joke!!! I called 15 times in 2 days. No answer, just tell me to send an email. Well, I work for a Auto repair shop in Des Moines. I deal with a lot of places. NEVER have I had this problem. I need to be able to order parts and have some kind of response. The worst customer service I have ever delt with!! Will be using Acura of Omaha... Don't waist your time with this place.
