Bmw sent me a letter for an airbag recall. I called and set up an appointment. When I got there, they said parts are not available. Why make an appointment if you don't have the parts?

Mini Cooper Hardtop JCW
I absolutely love my new car; it's the perfect fit for me. I did a custom build, and was able to get everything that I wanted. I worked with Joseph Jeoun throughout the entire process. I would recommend going to see him. Joe was able to answer my questions and in a timely manner. The JCW is so much fun to drive. With the different driving modes I'm able to feel better about my commute with it in green mode, and when I want to really open it up, sport mode is perfect.

Shaun was great and service was great. Only complaint if you can call it that is, we dropped our car off on Thursday for routine service. They called on Saturday and said car was ready. we told them we would be thereMonday to pick up. got there around 11 am. they then pulled our car around and asked if wed like to have it washed. Said it would only take a few minutes but left me wondering why they didn't wash it on one of the other days they had it or even Monday before we got there.

Service Repair
The most recent service experience was very bizarre. I brought my car in due to a weird smell that was in the car for over a month. I took it into the dealership to look into this and was placed in a last minute rental car so the dealership could look into this. It was thought to be due to a rodent. I paid a fee to have them look into this (which included removing all the inside door panels, etc) and then declined when they would need to due a more extensive work to look for this rodent that may or may not have been the source. After picking up my car I found a large packaged steak that was left in a door panel. I texted Zak a picture of what I found and he texted back that he would see about crediting the diagnostic charges towards future service work. It has been 3 weeks and I have not received any follow up on this. Due to this experience, I am looking into buying a new car (not a BMW). This is my second BMW and I received better customer service at the Tulsa location.
