Freeman has the BEST SERVICE EXPERIENCE in the whole DFW area!! I live in Saginaw, TX and have visited the three in my area with great disappointment that I had to return to my previous local Honda dealership in Dallas to receive the customer service that has made me a Honda lover for life!!! Took my car in for service and my service rep Jason was very good. My service was going to take a while and he managed to get me a loaner so I wouldn’t have to wait. I will definitely ask for him again. I’m was very satisfied
