first time here and i feel like i made the right choice, and Ryan Lane was great at explaining everything with the vehicle and he was also a real cool guy. i felt real comfortable here.

Clean quiet facilities and friendly enthusiastic staff made a quick painless car purchasing experience. No complaints at all.

This was Ryan's first sale, which we had no idea of. I know Mazda and Ryan are going to have a wonderful work relationship. He was very honest and talked highly of the manufacturer of the CX-5. The craftsmanship of Mazda is what sold Ryan on working for Mazda Mall of Georgia. We feel very blessed to be his first car deal. Ryan was very professional, personable, and his personality, as well as the craftsmanship of the car is what sold the car today. The Treble clef on his arm also helped since I was a Music teacher for 15 years :0). Just a great guy. We wish him a long and successful career with Mazda. Great job Ryan. On this "Good Friday" I had the opportunity of a real biblical experience. I met Jacob who sold me a new Mazda vehicle, with the help of John. Then I spoke with Tracy who had the exact same birthday as I (a decade earlier). So if anyone wants to know that it was time for me to let go of the Sebring Convertible; the Lord has already made that known. Thanks Jacob, John, Tracy, Brittany and gang for the awesome experience.

This dealer is a complete waste of your time. They will try and sell you a car for more than its worth, not even tell you what you are paying, not want to negotiate on price as they are losing money on their price they offer cars for, tell you one thing and then try and get you to sign for something else. Since when does a used car cost as much as a brand new one of the exact same type? If you tell them no then they will try and scare you into signing then to lock in that rate. If you still tell them no and they insist on you taking car for the night to try out while they work their butt off to get you a better deal and finalize the deal the next day just say no!!!!!! If you do take it and then come back and say you like it then all of the sudden the price goes way up and so does the interest. They will try and blame you, the bank, underwriters for the loan, ect but it is just another way for them to price gouge you. Very unprofessional and they try and hide what you are paying from you. Stay as far away form them as you can. They are the worst dealer in north Georgia!!!!!!!!!!!

But once I came inside, and met Edwin and John and Ryan and took the car for a drive, how could I do otherwise. The Mazda iii was a beautiful ride and the interior was very luxurious, especially considering the sticker price. The sales staff was friendly, informative, and very enthusiastic about the product they are selling. It was a very pleasant all around experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

My husband and I came in to buy a new car, not expecting to buy right away. Lucky for us, Dwayne was our salesmen and he made everything for us easy and enjoyable. He is a very nice and informational person, he did not push us into anything and assured us on everything we were looking for!

I would highly recommend you ask for Mikhail Evans for you next vehicle purchase. As soon as I walked in the door she was friendly, nice and very knowledgeable. She took her time and was not pushy at all. I purchased a Volkswagen CC and I love it!
