Great customer service. I received daily updates and my car was ready within a timely manor

I was given the wrong car when I picked up my car. Since I am 92 years old and the car looked almost exactly like mine, I did not realize I had driven the wrong car home until after I arrived at my house and noticed that it was NOT my car. The dealer agreed to bring me my car and take back the wrong car; however, this was a prime example of poor and careless customer service and attention to detail.

I had an appt.for my aide to take my car in at 11am and was told a courtsy transport would take her home as I explained that I am dependent on her. At 1.30 sbe was still not acco odated so sbe decided to wait for my car to be finished. She finally departed at 2.15. Why make promises you cannot keep.
