My Original Review From May 2023: Purchased our first Honda from JOD about 2 months ago. Great experience purchasing. I would highly recommend working with Clay. He was great through the whole process. We felt it was very low pressure and just a pretty relaxing experience. I even brought my mom back in a month ago for her to test drive a few different vehicles. We dealt some with Travis on the used car side and Clay again with new. Both guys are great - not pushy just very laid back. Updating after 3 years: We traded in our 2023 Honda Accord EX in December 2025 for a HondaTrue Certified Plus 2025 CR-V EX-L from this dealership in with 8,450 miles. By approximately 19,800 miles, all four factory Hankook tires had developed severe, smooth inner-shoulder wear. At my May 5, 2026 service visit at 13,909 miles, the dealership's paperwork indicated that my tires "may require future attention" and quoted me a new set of tires and an alignment, although I was later told no actual alignment reading had occurred at that time and an alignment was always recommended when getting a new set of tires. Tires were rotated at home May 30 at 15, 021 miles. In August, the dealership performed a four-wheel alignment as a courtesy after I reached out regarding my recently discovered inner-shoulder wear. The alignment printout documented significant rear geometry concerns, including approximately -2.2° right-rear camber and a rear cross-camber difference of 0.7°. All barely within specs by 0.05°. I was told the factory rear suspension is not adjustable and that an approximately $800 aftermarket adjustable-arm kit would be needed to change the geometry. At this same visit, I was verbally told my tires were in bad shape and needed to be replaced but when I received my inspection checklist the tech failed to note the inner-shoulder wear and marked the wear pattern as green/satisfactory while marking the tread in the red. This really puzzles me because on my May 2025 visit the same tires were marked in the yellow/may require future attention for wear pattern. The dealership also failed to provide the CPO 182 point inspection checklist at the time of purchase and only provided it after I brought up the premature tire wear issue. We were also never provided a CARFAX or AutoCheck Report which at the time of purchase we didn't know is supposed to be provided with a CPO vehicle. We trusted this dealership a little too much apparently. I contacted American Honda Customer Relations because I did not feel it was reasonable to put new tires on a HondaTrue Certified Plus vehicle without addressing what appeared to be the underlying cause of the premature wear. Honda ultimately told me that alignment is considered wear and tear and that the factory Hankook tires are known to wear quickly, but provided no solution for preventing the same wear from occurring again. I have now had to significantly limit my driving because of the tire condition and will have to replace the tires and determine how to address the suspension myself. My biggest frustration is not simply the cost of the tires. It is that neither the dealership nor American Honda provided a clear factory-authorized solution for a problem that appeared very early in my ownership of a HondaTrue Certified Plus vehicle. I hope the dealership will take this as an opportunity to improve how premature tire-wear and alignment concerns are diagnosed and communicated to customers. Also, let this be a lesson to others to not purchase a CPO vehicle until you have current alignment data on it.

Purchased my 2015 Fiesta ST here with the extended warranty. The warranty for it was worth it as the AC went out after a year in storage. Great staff would purchase a car from them again.

I was therebgetting my car serviced. They kept my car for 3 days. No warning no communication unless I called them. Didn't fix what I asked em. Argued what the problem was. I grew up in a family of mechanics. The service manager was rude. Only gave excuses when questioned. Why what I asked em to fix wasn't done. Then straight up lied to my face about it.

Probably the best car buying experience I've ever had. No pressure and no sales gimmicks with Clay McNeal. He was very knowledgeable and just a great guy to deal with. They took on a difficult trade deal and handled it with ease for us. I am the proud owner of a 2023 Honda Accord EX and I absolutely love it! I highly recommend working with Clay at JOD Honda. I was at the dealership yesterday 12/27 for a oil change and to get a part for my windshield put on but they said I had to take it to a windshield place to get it put on. So today I take it to the windshield place and he said the clips they sold me didn’t have the glue on them. I called the dealership and they said that’s how they come. But that’s not true because the windshield place ordered them and they do have the glue on them! And on top of that the ones the dealership gave me he said are old and you can see where someone had messed with the backs of them so I spent over 30 for nothing! As you can see in the pictures the first one is what the dealership sold me the second one is what they are supposed to look like. 😡 Michael/Linda Crenshaw

A big thank you to Lance Nichols for helping me with the purchase of a Honda Vehicle at JOD Honda. He was so helpful in getting this sale completed and helping me get everything set up. My second Honda purchase from JOD, the best place to buy a car. Thanks again, Lance, for all your help.
