Having purchased several vehicles from the McDonald group of dealerships in the past, we knew McDonald Volkswagen would be our first stop when it was time for a new VW. We were immediately greeted by the receptionist, Kimberly, who directed us to Miles for help with our questions. We found Miles to be low-pressure, unassuming, and very transparent throughout the process -- even when it came to looking at a competing product from another dealership in the group. We decided to purchase that day based in large part on our interaction with Miles. We were already interested in the vehicle, but Miles' helpfulness and transparency made the decision even easier. For an added bonus, the sales and finance managers were equally helpful. On a side note, the new facility is a nice upgrade as well! Thanks, everyone!
