I was sent an email by the Volkswagen people. Loved to see my car serviced by video. I’ve never seen anything like this before in any other dealership. The technician was easy to understand and very professional.

These guys are SO professional. While my vehicle is not a VW, they were still accommodating in that they diagnosed the issue and gave me a recommendation for an affordable Saab service center.

After putting a deposit down on a car she said she could get from another dealership, Leah lied to us about the car and told us the other dealership had sold it. She said she would keep her eyes open for another car of the same model and let us know once she found one. After trying to contact her for a week she never returned one call to us. We later found out through our own research that the car she said was sold at the other dealership was never actually sold. The other dealership showed us the conversation they had with her. Very unhappy with her dishonesty towards us and completely ignoring us on top of that.

Having car problems can added a lot of additional stress in life and I certainly was feeling that way prior to my recent experience. He was professional, kind and attentive. Together, they took my anxiety around car issues and set me at ease. In a day and age where costumer service isn't what it used to be, I would honestly say that this is the best costumer service I've had anywhere in a really long time.
