Doug Brown was great to work with!

Doug Brown was great to work with! Doug went above and beyond to help with and issue with our 2022 Atlas Cross Sport. General Statement about the Volkswagen Service department. Need to figure out how to provide loaner cars for service. Not being able to provide loaners is a big issue when people spend $50,000 for a vehicle and can't get a loaner car. This issue should be a top priority for Volkswagen!

I do not agree with the cost of a software update on a

I do not agree with the cost of a software update on a vehicle that is managed by Volkswagen. If a software update is needed and it is part of the vehicle it should be completed complimentary to the customer as you all say that your customers are valuable to you, but when there vehicle needs a "software update" it costs the customer $200.00 and it messes with certain features of your car and now my car has to come back for a fix that I am refusing to have to pay for. NOT HAPPY!
