Edgar was a good salesman. However John Reed in finance promised me a better finance deal. He said when I received my first bill to contact him and he would get me a better deal. I have left text messages and have made numerous phone calls and he will not returned my calls.It seems selling me your extended service plan was his top priority and not win a new purchase. By the way, I did purchase the warrenty,which i regret now. This kind of service Is why I will not recommend your dealership .
