I've been going to this dealership for the last 9 years, no need to go anywhere else!! My Service Advisor, Paul Barnum is so friendly, helpful & professional. I never feel pressured and always feel confident that Paul and the entire Service Staff have my safety as their first priority.

Shauna, Service Manager and Julian, with the Mobile Van provided excellent Customer Service!! However, offsite Customer Service/ Scheduling Dept. appears to need extensive training. I encountered several bad experiences with this dept.

Josh did not effectively communicate. Tried to contact him the day after taking my truck in to find out if it was ready for pickup and got no response. Come to find out he had the day off. Evidently never handed me off to someone else. Maybe not just Josh being ineffective in customer service.

The lady that Chk me in was not engaged it will take 2 to 3 hrs to change oil and rotate your tyres. I said really are you sure yes she said I find she could have explained the reason not that’s it what I say is it.

I returned to AutoNation two times to work with Charmaine Higgins. She was exceedingly kind and professional, and she and the whole AutoNation team worked to make sure I left in a great car. Highly recommend buying a vehicle from AutoNation- and ask for Charmaine!!

My salesman, Jake, listened to my needs and showed me vehicles that fit those needs! He was knowledgeable and patient as we asked questions and made our decision. Our financial guy Erik, also worked really hard to get us a good deal. Together they made the experience probably the best car shopping trip ever!

Brought in my son's F150 to get routine service done...
Brought in my son's F150 to get routine service done prior to him going back to college. Was ready to get full down load on how much I should probably do, but instead, was told that nothing more than minimum work was needed, an oil change, rotation of tires and that was it. Appreciate when people deal with you honestly.

My side view mirror on passenger side was broken and need...
My side view mirror on passenger side was broken and need to be replaced. My service adviser was Peggy and she was fantastic. She told me the part was in stock and she could have it replaced that day. Took my vehicle in and 4 hours later it was fixed. Will definitely use AutoNation Ford again.
