Great deal, great experience, and a fantastic car!

The dealership knew it was a long drive for me to come out, and they gave me the deal they promised. The whole process was very quick and everyone had their acts together, which I greatly appreciated.

Ended up with a 2017

We have to sing the praises of Grapevine Ford. If you need a car now and you can take a drive, they are so worth it! Drive there now! My daughter?s car died very untimely right after Hurricane Harvey finished his business in Friendswood. Since so many cars were in such damaged (flooded) condition, including the ones located on car lots, we knew we would not have many choices since so many other affected people were also looking for their next car. After 4 days of looking, we found a 2016 Ford Focus online and it was located at the Grapevine Ford Dealer. We asked her Grandparents (my Ex-in-Laws!), who happened to live nearby if they could go to the dealer and see if the car is worth a drive up there. The dealership was very helpful and understood that we would need some assurances before we took the road trip up there and we eventually decided it was worth it. When we arrived, we were promptly greeted and set up with the test drive with the used car. After the drive and some conversation, we realized that Ford Corp. had several discounts which were available for the new 2017 Ford Focus. Since it changed the plan for my daughter (after having her heart set on the original choice), the salesmen did a FABULOUS job doing whatever they could to find THE car for my daughter. We took several test drives and visited their satellite lot to look for THE car. We did eventually find it. The sales transaction was amazing ? there was no real pushback, no haggling and any incentives they had and we qualified for, they made sure it was applied. We walked out with such an amazing deal, some T-Shirts ? and such a great feeling, we thought about going back and buying another one for the upcoming teenager. We want to thank Ty Young for his amazing patience, support and genuine spirit.

A Great Experience!!

Survey Comments: Bob Dean Was the most intuitive salesman we have ever worked with. He listened to our goals for a new car and directed us to the car that best filled our goals. He gave us information without crowding When we were ready to buy he was thorough with the steps needed to complete the purchase. He took us on a test drive directing our attention to the features that made the car we had chosen easy to drive and the best car on the market. After the purchase Bob Dean went over each feature of our new car and helped us set up our phones . We would certainly return to Bob Dean for the purchase of another car.

Love my experience with this dealership!
