Loved my entire experience. Chris rocked. He went above and beyond for me in all respects (he even gave me a driving lesson in a parking lot, in the rain, to reeducate me as to the finer points of operating a stick shift). He was responsive to all my questions/concerns and addressed them all most expeditiously. When a minor concern arose, he assured me they would take care of it, and took immediate action to do just that. Carole in finance was just lovely, no hard sell, just ensured I had what I needed. Sam in service was also great. Plus, I LOVE my car. If you can buy an automobile here, do.

I traded in my old jeep which I called Poppa Smurf they gave me a great deal on the trade and on my 2021 fully loaded Sahara. It is gorgeous. Several people have asked to buy my new jeep. I’ve directed them to Tyler. When we buy our next car which will be soon we are going back to Modern Motorcars. They also do excellent body work and custom painting and they have a state of the art mechanics shop on site at the dealership. We used to live in Missouri but have always followed ModerMotorcars on Instagram. We were in the market for a Jeep Wrangler 4xe and couldn’t believe it when they had the perfect one pop up on social media. The entire team made the purchase extremely easy and we could not be more happy! 5 star experience!

We came out to test drive a Tesla, and the experience was perfect. The salesman that worked with us was engaging and highly knowledgeable. He seemed as excited as we were about our first time experiencing a Tesla. After working with us for an hour and taking the time to determine our credit and financing options, we decided that we wanted to sleep on it. There was absolutely no pressure put on us by anyone to rush us into a sale. They were as helpful and pleasant on our way out of the door as they had been on our way in the door. If we do decide to purchase a Tesla, we are definitely buying here. Thanks for an awesome experience!!

Horrible! From one military family to another. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. We purchased a vehicle 8 months ago, and the light to add diesel fluid came on. My husband and I added the fluid, but the car was not reading correctly and shut off. We brought the car for them to restart the car only to get a call saying we had to pay 7k to replace something that wasn’t broken prior to arriving at their shop. Skyler, Sam and others laughed at me and literally told us we were xxxx out of luck. Now we don’t have a working car and have to have it towed back to FLW to find someone else to fix it. We do plan on suing.

Just purchased my first Land Rover from Modern Motorcars and have purchased a Jeep from them in the past. Great team to work with and always fair on trade in value. Finance department was super friendly and easy to work with. Great team all around and one of the first places I look when buying a vehicle.
