They won't send you ANYTHING you can look at to be assured they aren't going to blindside you when you arrive.(dealer fees, doc fees, prep fees, dealer profit fees, etc. the list is endless with these types of places) ) They ignore questions you ask like about any basic warranty assurance. I was VERY interested in this 2012 Audi Q7 Prestige S-Line and had cash and would have bought it today but due to their lack of transparency, I walked away. The car was in the Audi dealer service center a month prior (Carfax) so either they refused recommended service or they aren't confident the car will be OK. They sent a video to me which was awesome and at that point I liked the salesman very much, but the belt noise from the engine was clearly an issue as the Audi 3.0T V6 should be whisper quiet at idle. Of course the windshield sticker in all the photos says 2013, first indicator things probably aren't gonna go well. I don't recommend this dealer.

I went not really sure if l was buying or looking and ended up buying. My salesman, Kevin was friendly and knowledgeable as was the rest of the staff. I’ve purchased cars before were they keep you there forever but this was not the case. It was quick and easy. Thanks guys.

Purchased a vehicle; problems started the minute we hit the road. Dealership farms vehicle out to whatever service shop is open regardless of their specialty or reputation. Communication with owner manager for help non existent- 9 weeks after purchase vehicle has been deemed unsafe and repairs will be more than paid for vehicle. They have the 30 day warranty . All issues occurred in those thirty days. Buyer beware - they will work with you and smile and say all the right things - until your signature is on the dotted line. Take the bus - call an Uber. Don’t get a vehicle here

Very quick and easy transaction. i was driving my new car within 1 hour from getting to the dealership. I saved thousands of dollars by only driving 2 hours.
