I bought a vehicle from them. Runs amazing so far. It's seems to good. It seems they take salvage vehicles and actually do the work to fix them. They want to make money it's a business so either negotiate or take their price.

So, I am looking for a 4x4 and live in upstate NY. Once I finally got someone to respond back they asked me about my trade in and where I was located. Once they found out I was out of state, they stopped responding to my inquiries. No, "I'm sorry we can't help." No, nothing. At least they or anyone can do is respond with an apology of not being able to help. It's called being curious.

I have bought 3 Vehicles through these guys. Great customer service and quality vehicles for the money! Everything was as described, couldn't have been better.

I call these folks I am coming from NC to buy a car.i drove 5 hours with my 5 years old dughter and my wife only for my to get there and find out the car they want to sell to me has a starter that doesn't work. They tell me to spend a night in a motel in this time of a pandemic with my family. These folks are inhumane. They don't have any minimum idea of customer service.

Looking for a car for my Daughter Had a Budget and Vehicle in mind! Transaction was seamless and price was great! 5 Stars for sure! Kyle and Jean were just great!

I've sent messages through cars.com 4 times now about 2 different cars and I have not had a single response! I guess they don't need my business!
