Rude, unhelpful and bait and switch tactics. We Test drove a car with a sunroof, did all the paperwork and then when our car we got did not have a sunroof. Easy fix right? No the only options they gave us was $1500 to have it installed ourselves or finance it at $3000! They sold us a car that didn’t have what we were told it had and then refuse to correct their mistake. They were also very rude and made my wife cry! Jerks! Completely ruined the car buying experience I will never shop here again and would encourage you not too as well.

Tom Talbot has sold our two Subaru purchases and the Kia for our son. Huffines will be are only dealers for our future vehicle needs.

Ryan Bassett at Huffines Kia in Corinth was wonderful!! No pressure at all. Bought the car we wanted and he walked us through all the ins and outs of the vehicle. He made sure we understood the technology of the vehicle. Would definitely go back just to see him.

all the "hype" is true, subaru customer service is superior to any other car manufacturer (and i've driven A LOT of makes and models over the years) - it's the reason i probably always will drive a subaru, going forward

Jeremy Rosado went above and beyond to help me learn all about Kia! I first looked at a Telluride, then a Sorrento. He let me drive both and was very knowledgeable. During our long time together, he had several previous clients show up and want to meet with him. He gave them to other salesmen just to continue our conversation. Luke pointed out a problem with my tire that could have caused an accident if it’s wasn’t addressed. Because we had hazard protection plan when we purchased our new Sportage in January ... the repair was free ! Thank you Luke for going the extra mile to keep us safe !

James Revolta is one of the best car salesmen I have ever worked with. He was not pushy, but also not laid back... he politely kept the process moving forward. Friendly, likable guy who demonstrated his genuine interest in us as individuals as well as our wants and needs. He always had good solutions for any concerns we may have raised including a few no’s. Bottom line James made the buying process pleasurable. And his management and finance team were equally nice to work with. They all were professional and helpful, unlike several other dealerships that we visited whose actions did not build trust (unprofessional and unprepared).
