My 2025 Equinox had a strange intermittent noise that I couldn't diagnose. Mike Belew listened carefully to my description and the technician identified and resolved the issue as a loose headliner. The repair was completed the same day, and the cost was covered because the Equinox is still under warranty.

Rossie was very professional and helpful.
Rossie was very professional and helpful. Most of the purchase was done through text & email, but once we got to the dealership to finish the process, test driving the desired vehicle and agreeing to appropriate trade-in, we were very impressed with how efficient Rossie is in her job! The process was delayed because the dealership is under new name and management and there was some training going on. They kept us informed throughout the process and it ultimately turned out to be a great experience!

Everyone has been very nice, but the problem with my car
Everyone has been very nice, but the problem with my car is still puzzling the mechanics both at the dealership and at GM. While I was given a loaner car to drive, I'm still eager to get my little Spark back home where he belongs.

Has been almost a month since I purchased a car.
Has been almost a month since I purchased a car. My trade in still has not been paid off. My old lender is wanting payment on the vehicle i traded in. People at TomPark keep telling us they will have someone call or get the issue taken care of. The issue still hasn't been resolved and we are still calling because no one has called us back.
