I brought my truck in due to an immediate need. I expected to have to leave it overnight. They got me in, Mike kept me updated, it was promptly diagnosed, and accurate estimate provided, and 2 hours later I was driving home. I brought my work laptop with me and worked from the waiting area and turned a non productive afternoon into a productive one. I have trusted this dealership exclusively for 25 years and will continue to do so

They made buying truck easy. I had very specific criteria for the truck i wanted and Ryan found the truck in the right color at another dealership. He went over all the bells whistles with me after the purchase. Great all around experience.

This was my 3rd GMC Sierra from James Wood. Scotty was very informative and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions in person and was available to answer questions by phone. The entire experience was great! Don was also very easy to work with in explaining the financing and extended warranty information.
