Phillip Surles and the team at James Wood were very helpful, friendly, courteous, and efficient in our purchasing of our used Buick. They answered all of our questions satisfactorily and guided us through the process. There was no high pressure and they seemed to be really concerned we were satisfied after the sale was made. I have a new vehicle with infotainment system defects.
I have a new vehicle with infotainment system defects.which service dept. tells me there’s no fix for at this time. $68k for a new vehicle that is mot 100% functional. This is not acceptable as GM has known defects but still these vehicles for new. I will reconsider my choices the next time I buy a new vehicle. GM has to do better
