Twice I have had my 2024’vehicle in for the same issue

Twice I have had my 2024’vehicle in for the same issue and it’s still not fixed. Told me they had to order a part and it wound be in around a week or two, still not in after two weeks. What really irritates me is that there is no communication from your side. Horrible customer service!n

I wish that if you say you are going to a full diagnostic

I wish that if you say you are going to a full diagnostic you would actually do it. I came in for a noise from my front end and there was no brake evaluation done on the brake system at all. Then it proceeded to need the brakes replaced but was not documented on the report as being bad. This does not make sense.

Jarret Able is always so respectful.

Jarret Able is always so respectful. My mom didn’t have an appointment but was able to get worked in. It’s hard to find honest and respectful people anymore, he is a big reason why she always takes her Trailblazer there for oil changes.
