I recently purchased a 2025 GMC and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, everything was seamless and professional. My experience with James Wood and GMC overall has been

My experience with James Wood and GMC overall has been absolutely horrific. It is the worst experience I’ve ever experienced with a vehicle. I have owned several, a lot of vehicles in my life. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever experienced and I was pretty much told it is what it is, just live with it. My truck, which is a brand new 2023 when I bought it has been in the shop for about five months total since I’ve owned it. So for 20 months that I’ve had it or so, five months has been in the shop. So 25% of my payments that I’ve made have gone to a truck that I have not been able to drive. I am so embarrassed, And ashamed of myself for purchasing a GMC. I will never ever do it again. And I will definitely pass that word around. Starting with the Better Business Bureau. I hate that I have to give Samantha such a low review, but she was unable to help me, period.
