I had the best experience ever in getting my car repaired. It is always a stressful time when something goes wrong with your car and Taylor easily took the stress out of it. She went above and beyond on what was expected and I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to have her as my service advisor.

Taylor was awesome. Very professional. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Gave me. Complete breakdown of everything needed to fix said used Escalade (which was RIDICULOUS). But it’s what I asked for. And did. Transmission flush. Thanks again I will be back. Considering my vehicle has 185k miles on it. I will probably be back sooner than I would like. Thanks Taylor

Thank you Taylor for keeping me up to date with on going status reports. The valve body for my Cadillac transmission was on back order for we-ee-eks. It is driving fine now! I rated the speed of service "poor" because of the back order delay. Overall, Taylor and James Wood Cadillac are the best!
