Prestige Motors has a outstanding team in Jovani, Omar
Prestige Motors has a outstanding team in Jovani, Omar and Ritchie in the finance department. They truly cared about making sure I got the best deal possible and all done online and over the phone. From getting a competitive financing rate to ensuring the vehicle was serviced and detailed to perfection. They even drove 300+ miles round trip in inclement weather to deliver the car. Polite professional and knowledgeable. Best car buying experience ever!

Zero stars. I had a car reserved, approved, and scheduled for delivery to me in 2 days.... 2 hours after the confirmation of my transaction, I got a call today saying that the partner dealership sold my car right out from underneath our deal that was already reserved. No communication between the Pasco & Yakima locations. Not satisfied. Completely unprofessional.

I worked with 5 different dealerships on the day I was
I worked with 5 different dealerships on the day I was looking for a car. I submitted my application with Prestige and immediately Johnathan touched base with me to let me know he was working to get me approved. The other dealerships were wanting me to come in and giving me a runaround. Around noon Johnathan called me to let me know he was still working on approval and would continue to stay in communication. All while the other dealers seemed to be more worried with me coming out of work to meet with them. Around the afternoon Johnathan called me again to let me know he got me approved and to come in when it’s convenient for me. He was never pushy or overly involved with my decision and left me some room to think. When I arrived he immediately greeted me sat me down and began getting to know me on a personal level rather than just a customer. All through the long process of buying a car, he was upfront and honest with me with the deal. He worked extensively to get me the car I needed for my family. I couldn’t have ask for better customer service. After a couple days of having my car he made sure to call me again and ask me how the vehicle was and offered to help me with the radio functions that I was having problems with. Prestige worked out amazing with the car, but Johnathan really went above and beyond my expectations with buying a new car.

Spoke to William over the phone and completed a deal. The car was delivered from Yakima to North Bend promptly. The Matrix was older but in great condition, exactly as promised. William was friendly and helpful. We don't shop at dealerships typically, but this was so positive, we would return. Thanks, William!

Bad Experience
Possibly the worst buying experience ever and I have bought a lot of cars. I was trading in an Infiniti for a Venza. We did finally arrive at a deal and right at the end Moe slipped in a $500 charge for vehicle tracking system. I said I didn't need it but he insisted it was embedded. Which was total baloney (Or BS). At that time I should have just called off the whole thing and driven back to Seattle. But we had already invested most of the day so I wrote the check. By the time I got back home I had found what else was wrong. The car had a fearful rear wheel vibration. Caused by two problems Oversize by 2 sizes cheap tires and warnout Rear shocks. Cure news shocks $400 but fixed problem Rebalance all wheels $100. The driver side Seat warmer does not work. Passenger outside mirror does not fold. That I brought to the attention of the salesman and he said that was normal. More BS. Also the car had only one key Fob. $300. I found out later that it's quiet common for dealers to keep a fob as they can turn them in for cash?? I still have to pay for fixing the seat warmer and the mirror. After a few phone calls they did agree to send me $250.00 bt I'm still waiting for it to arrive
