Didn?t cross rotate as requested and inflation pressure wasn?t checked on tires. I suppose the filter was changed but I didn?t check. Otherwise everything was okay

Great folks at Bayer Chevolet
I am a regular customer and they are Chevrolet but today they really outdid themselves. My Chevy Silverado broke down. The battery went bad and I sat at home and did not know how to replace it. New batteries cost about $350 plus installation cost and I had limited funds as my husband just recently got laid off and had to change to drastic less income and a new job, Bauer Chevrolet came through. I negotiated a deal with Danny Lewis , the service manager it was going to cost me $200 for a new battery including installation which was something I could afford or else I would’ve had no vehicle I got a jumpstart today drove my Chevy Silverado to Bayer Chevrolet in Comanche Texas and after they courteously and quickly exchange my old battery Denny Lewis the manager walked me outside instead of letting me pay and said bless you this is on the dealership, I couldn’t believe it how generous Bayer Chevrolet was, they are always there when you need them. I highly recommend them thank you Bayer Chevolet Comanche and Danny Lewis the service manager. A very thankful customer Mrs. Painter.

They just don't care
e-mailed and called, no response. They don't seem very interested in seller cars and trucks. I never had a dealership be so unresponsive to my request to buy a truck. Avoid at ALL costs.
