I am always pleased with my interactions with the friendly folks who work here and never am made to feel like I'm "just a girl". Like the free wifi and endless coffee from the Keurig in the waiting area! My husband and I have come here for more than 10 years for repairs on our Subaru and Honda. Bought a Subaru Impreza Sport hatchback from them for our happy boys today and found the process to be very easy.

I had a good experience buying a car from Twisted Wrench. Eric was helpful getting the paperwork in order late in the day so I didnt have to wait till the next day. When I experienced some brake noise soon after the purchase they got it right in and took car of the problem with no charge. I am especially impressed with the warranty that came with my used car.

Eric at Twisted Wrench along with the other employees who helped me purchase my first car are very helpful. They are trustworthy and they really know what they are doing. My car is running great and they made me feel good about the process. They also care a lot about my safety and that makes me feel good.

When I brought my aging Subaru into the Twisted Wrench for a second opinion, their explanation of what was wrong with the car was thorough, easy to understand and about half the expense quoted elsewhere. Since the car was not worth fixing and I couldn't go more than a day without a car, they showed me several options from their lot for a new (used) car. I felt like their number one priority during the entire experience and there was no sales pitch; just friendly, honest, straightforward and knowledgeable service. Within a day of bringing in my clunker, I drove away with a spotless used car that purrs. They even took my old car off my hands. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. They made a stressful situation manageable. After years of bouncing from bad mechanic to bad mechanic, it is a huge relief to know I have reliable place to go to take my car--especially since my first four oil changes and all my inspections are free with the purchase of the car! I really can't thank the team enough!

Twisted Wrench is an amazing car service. I was treated with respect and everyone was so helpful! They answered all my questions and were incredibly friendly. They are also incredibly trustworthy. I have never been to a mechanic where what they say is what you get. I feel bad for people who don't have a twisted wrench near them!

I have been going to Twisted Wrench for repairs on my Subaru for almost 10 years now.. i have NEVER experienced the kind of service that the team at Twisted provides, least of all from a car repair shop.. i have always been eager to recommend them, and am always excited to tell people that i actually TRUST my mechanic.. in this day and age, i feel that is a rare thing.. so, when it was time to retire my trusty old Subaru, i of course turned to the Twisted Team to help me out.. after taking note of what i was looking for, they went out and found the PERFECT car for me at auction.. seriously, how often do you find such personal attention from a business?? they gave me a great price on the new car, a great offer for my busted up old car, free inspections for the life of the car, 4 free oil changes.. and even some free ice cream! seriously, people, it does not get any better than Twisted Wrench.. friendly, trustworthy, experts at what they do.. i am a customer for life..

We just purchased a used Subaru from this shop. They were very thorough going through the mechanicals of the vehicle before we purchased it, as evidenced by the 3 year/30,000 mile warranty that comes with the car. Also included are first 4 oil changes, and free inspections for as long as you own the vehicle. Very pleasant people to work with, clearly interested in doing quality work and building good relationships with their customers. Highly recommended!

I was trying to get out of my Saab, which I really liked for many years. Stopped in and they took my car in in trade toward a great Acura. Free inspections for life and 3 year or 30k warranty on all my futre repairs done by them. This shop rocks. Never knew there is such honest guys still in the used car business. Although they are more of a repair facility I was lucky to find these guys. Look for big things from this place in car sales future.
