am writing to express my concern regarding the lack of
am writing to express my concern regarding the lack of disclosure and transparency I experienced at Northwest Chevrolet’s service department. I brought my vehicle in for evaluation and was not informed that I would be charged a diagnostic fee even if no actual repairs were needed. The only issue identified was that the four-wheel-drive had been left engaged, yet I was still billed for the visit. I believe customers have the right to clear, upfront communication about any potential charges before authorizing service. In this case, that did not happen. I feel this practice is misleading and not consistent with the level of professionalism I expect from an established dealership. I am requesting that Northwest Chevrolet review its policies to ensure customers are provided with full disclosure of diagnostic fees prior to service. After I was also notified that my vehicle was complete. I had asked if they had a courtesy car to pick up 10 minutes away to come and get my vehicle as it is during the day and everyone I know is at work. I was informed it’s too far out. Never been so unimpressed with the dealership ever I will not be going back

My interactions from scheduling the service, arrival, and leaving were all exceptional. The service advisor was friendly and the porters took care to keep te vehicle clean. The time it took to complete the service was as expected. So I will be returning when other service is required.
