Parkway Auto

Refused to budge on the price. Drove the car home. First time I roll the passenger back window down it makes a loud "CRACK" sound and the window falls inside the door. Not a happy camper. They aren't going to help.

Had been shopping for a Toyota Prius for months, and saw a couple at this dealership that were in my price range and had their miles being reported. My father and I drive out to the dealership to look at them and after waiting for the salesman to find the cars he came back in one. Turns out one of the two he had been looking at was in the shop because it didn't run, and the car he had driven up was unable to use the electric motors for some unknown reason. Would not recommend buying from them.

Someone called me right away which was great. I returned the call immediately there after. But I didn’t get a return call, until a couple days later when another sales person called me. He was helpful and encouraging and ready to meet me on my schedule. In the long run I decided to wait until the summer before I buy a car

I called today and spoke to internet manager Mark Jones. He sent me email confirmation 4 days ago telling me truck I was interested in is still available. He said he was too busy to return my phone calls or emails. I asked him today if truck could be taken to local Chevy dealer for prepurchase inspection. He said that his boss would not appreciate putting more miles on truck. I told him that 30 miles should not make any difference since 2005 truck already has 166,935 miles and that truck must have something wrong with it. He did not seem to care that I was traveling 5 hours to purchase vehicle. Buyer beware

Totaled my car and needed a car immediately. I was overwhelmed and had no idea. Went to Parkway and met salesman Marcus. He was perfect for me. I hate to be schmoozed. He was very down to earth, not pushy. Instead he walked around with me and let me pick cars I wanted I chose to see. He asked questions here and there to get an idea of who I am and what I needed. I really wanted this cute convertible but in the end I bought the one for my outdoor lifestyle. It's 6 almost 7 years old but so clean. Looks brand new inside and outside!! 1 person owner. I couldn't be happier. I appreciate Marcus and his help. He was so helpful....mostly by letting me ask questions and go about the search in my way!! Thank you Marcus. Love my Jeep Cherokee!! And thanks for being nice to my horse of a dog and grandkids!!!

I'm still waiting for a response on some tires I could of wrecked with going 70 home for about 2hrs.🤦‍♀️ stay away they r liars. Make sure ur tires r good u dont want to loose a life or get hurt cause they want a quick sell $$ an dont care. 500$ tires is cheaper than someone's life or getting hurt right. An it is illegal I looked it up sent it to them they still dont care. I'm going to ask an attorney specifically for this reason. This is so pathetic un professional. I'm trying to post pictures but having trouble so everyone can see what I'm talking about. By far the WORST EXPERIENCE thanks parkway auto for nothing. xxxx ur manager must be out of state u cant get ahold of him how pathetic. Missing mileage for multiple vehicles on website. Multiple contacts to this "seller" with various agents. Agents are actually quite unhelpful, you can ask a specific question and the next few emails they won't give you the answer (I'm in talks regarding multiple vehicles right now, and I asked for a link, I got... cars.com instead of their vehicle). Apparently it's too much to ask for a way to track your conversation with an agent here. I asked for a third party inspection... agent tells me they have pictures. My initial impression, is that their sales associates are not able to work with technology well. My overall impression (especially looking at reviews), they do NOT want you to get vehicles inspected from another vendor. STAY AWAY.

I bought a used Honda Pilot from here, and within three days of driving it, the engine light came on. I am now being told that the motor will need to be rebuilt. As military personnel, I would not recommend this place, especially not to my comrades
