Dustin is a great salesperson. Knowledgeable and not pushy. Always do your research before any car purchase. This dealer is fantastic when you ask for out the door pricing. Did not finance with them and told them that up front. So I can’t speak to that side of things. Drove 2 hours to buy from them when I have 2 other Honda dealerships within 20 mins of my house bc Dustin didn’t give me the rigmarole of needing to come in before he could give me out the door price. Honest and up front. Love that!!

It’s almost my birthday and I’ve already been discussing with my husband about getting a new car. I was bored and was like “hmmm, wonder what my trade in value is worth”. I liked the number so we headed out to this place. Elaine Cloud called while we were on the way so I knew who we would be working with. When Elaine came out I was mid hug with a 2026 Honda HR-V in blue. I didn’t think I’d be able to afford it so I tried another car I liked which was WAY over my budget and went back to my lady in blue still thinking I wouldn’t be able to afford it. Elaine Cloud did 3 spins and snapped her fingers and got me a great deal. I’m pretty sure I saw glitter and a choir of angels behind her when this went down. By the time it was over, I was halfway convinced to buy a second car just to hang out with her again. I left in my new 2026 Honda HR-V feeling like a main character in a feel good movie. Elaine was WONDERFUL to work with. I called and she is the sales associate I was connected with. She asked all the right questions, was quick to respond to my questions, thorough, and got us into the exact vehicle we wanted at a great price. Dealer did not want to sell me the CR-V Hybrid Sport. Went to buy the new CRV, sales person refused to take my trade-in or do any kind of paperwork or an offer. Dustin did not give me any good information to do business with this dealer. Good luck selling anything if you refuse to take fairly new trade-in vehicles. Valued my trade-in at $15k, KBB.com value is between $30-$33k. Total wast of time to do any business at this dealer and Dustin.

Marcus Banks listened to us, was upfront front with us, and he did not pressure us. This is the first time I left a dealership feeling good.
