I can sincerely say that I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Cleo Bay of Killeen. I purchased my vehicle at this same dealership over 10 years ago. I own a 2015 accord, and I’m just now receiving my next major service after 10 years of care provided by this sldealership. The maintenance I came in for today is mainly wear and tear. I have had no major issues with my vehicle due to the proper care and maintenance provided by the mechanics here. I would give this dealership more stars if I could, the service received has been nothing short of excellent and attentive. Customer service was excellent from entering the facility to exiting the door. Dustin and Chris were very helpful from trading in my car to purchasing a new car.
