I been a Customer for over 25 yrs.
I been a Customer for over 25 yrs. Upon arrival I checked my vehicle in for service. I wasn't informed of the price of routine maintenance. which Ive been getting for the last 9 years. The Works. Upon returning home I reviewed the ticket and realized I was charged over $100 dollars for a service i used to get for $59. Futureference lmk you no longer offer the package ' The Works' and give me the option of the service prior to me agreeing to something that you no longer offer. Very disappointed on this one Family!

They sell used cars that are in poor shape and will need
They sell used cars that are in poor shape and will need $$ to fix. They hide under the excuse that their cars pass maryland inspection but truth is, for example, brakes will pass as long as they are not metal on metal.
