I had a great experience with Veroj he was very knowledgeable and easy to work with while purchasing my car. He even gave me a follow up call the next day to ensure everything with the vehicle ran smoothly. I’ll be returning to this dealership for future MB purchases.

Hunt Valley Mercedes Benz, though a bit "out of the way"

Hunt Valley Mercedes Benz, though a bit "out of the way" for me had come though twice now in the past 4 years for me and my wife when we were looking to purchase our new MB SUVs. The entire sales and finance team were incredibly easy and enjoyable (yes — two words you never hear about a car dealership!!) to work with. In particular, Justin Schneider, worked his tail off finding us our new car. I highly recommend this dealership.

They are more friendly than a couple of dealership i have

They are more friendly than a couple of dealership i have visited. Very professional and helpful. Responds when called on the phone and you leave a message. It's about 45 minutes from my house but I still prefer to drive that distance for quality

Sales prices was great, after is another story: My

Sales prices was great, after is another story: My experience after the purchase: Because I was out of state the plates took 3 months, someone made a mistake the first time filling for them. Once the plates arrived I had a balance of 722 dollars, because tax was miscalculated, and while I do not mind paying the balance, what I did mind is requesting for a week for someone to call and explain this to me. I had to file a charge back with a credit card just to get an explanation. I will say this, Justin was a great sales person even though at the end he dropped the ball at following up to get me the answer I need with explanation, but their Finance guy Hassan is useless. Amount of times I called him and asked to call my cell phone, and he would just ignore my messages and call the house number and not leave a message, once you do get it on the phone he would say well I called. What's the point of calling if you can not leave a message or listen to your own voicemail that asks you to call my cell phone. Because of him my experience with buying a mercedes was ruined. I understand mistakes are made but a finance guy miscalculating taxes by $722, wouldn't you have questions?
